I ordered flowers (order no 166461) as a gift for someone which must have been delivered on the same day or even today would have been okay (as I have placed the order 13:12 and it must be placed 13:00 for same day delivery). I am truly disappointed. I paid for their service and nothing is done. I just can believe their service is so pathetic! Their reviews only say good stuff, but no one can post any reviews, so I just wonder how did those good reviews ended up on their website. It feels as if I have thrown money in the water, which by the way I don't have to just throw away. Thanks (in a very sarcastic way) Flora Niche for terrible service and no delivery. I hope you'll wake up soon about this order, seeing that it was a very very special order I sure as won't be happy if delivery isn't done VERY SOON and in GOOD CONDITION!!
