My boyfriend placed an order to be delivered to me on valentines day 14/02/2013, it did not arrive on the day nor the day after, Friday 15/02/2013, this is when he asked if I had received my surprise, to his surprise I had not. Upon calling Flora Niche on Monday the 18/02/2013 I spoke to a lady in their account department Liane Kinnear, she initially said the order had gone out on and asked to check what went wrong and promised to get back to me, which she didn't. On Tuesday 19/02/2013 I called her and she claimed to have not received proof of payment when we, resent it, we than had to pester her more, when she finally said the delivery would be made later on the day. Honestly such poor service is uncalled for, Flora Niche ruined our valentine's day
