After ordering some flowers from UK for delivery in Barrydale i came across this website. There were so many negative comments that i wondered whether i should cancel the internet order. I contacted main office to seek reassurance and was very quickly reassured. The flowers did not arrive that day (quite understandable given the distance and time I ordered) but that was not a priority for me. However, Flora Niche did call the delivery address to say some flowers would be delivered the next day (and who from) which was great (IMO) and the recipients happy about this.
The flowers arrived the next day as promised and were so beautiful that my auntie emailed me a photo! Since i was nearly put off by the bad press i thought i must add a positive comment
