I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday which was on a Sunday. According to this suppliers website, the delivery would be made on Sunday or I would be notified prior if it was not possible. The delivery day has passed and yet my wife has received nothing. Their service is useless and they are unreliable. If you are planning to get flowers for a loved one on a specific date, please do not use Flora niche. The payment had been made and it seems that once the payment is made, they do not care about their customers. I am in another country away from my family and the least I could do for my wife was send her flowers. Flora niche has spoiled a beautiful day and they do not care. Please do not ever use Flora niche for your flower orders. I have visited various websites and many of them said that delivery on Sunday was not possible, just before the payment page. Unfortunately I chose the wrong supplier and deeply regret having to have dealt with them. Please save yourself from embarrassment and the worst service ever by avoiding Flora niche at all costs.
