I cancelled my Cell c contract that ended on the 3rd Dec on the 13 Oct. I got no reply. I sent the e mail twice! I then phoned them twice to double check that my contract had been cancelled and when my last debit order would be and they confirmed that it was and my last debit order would go off on the 1st of Dec and I would be charged a pro rata of what I had used until the 3rd of Dec. I did not use the sim card and lovely surprise on new years day they have taken another debit order! Try phone them and they had no clue what was going on! I must phone the cancellations department tomorrow! Don't get a Cell C contract!!
