I would just like to report, that I have had the most disapointing service the last couple of days from Karen Fagan (SAfoodlist contact person for weight watchers) I made a payment on Monday at 11:40 from my FNB account to there ABSA account and did a pay and clear immediately knowing that the following day would be a public holiday and did not want to wait till Wednesday for my booklet also the email that was sent to me clearly stated that I would receive the booklet as soon as funds reflected in the acount. No surprise I only received my booklet on Wednesday, I then asked Karen to please refund me for the bank charges that I have paid expecting my book that same day so I could continue with my program, Karen simply replied we closed early on Monday and wont refund you, no where on the website or on the automated voice message did it say anything about them closing early. No sorry about the inconvenience or anything just a simple no refund for you paying member we don't care attitude. I then sent another email to her stating that I think the manner that she has handled the whole situation is disgusting she then only said I can only apologies.
