Over 10 months and still no PAYE numbers for two companies despite numerous requests to Nondumiso to get this sorted!! Have paid for this service and the service is SHOCKING!!! I now have to go to the Police Station to lodge a case of because in my mind if you pay for something and no service performed for what you paid - that is!!! Nondumiso only responds to random emails and ignores most of them - I am still awaiting a letter from Rapid Business addressed to SARS stating how long Rapid has taken to apply for the PAYE numbers and have sent Nondumiso about 20 emails requesting this letter - but still nothing. I need these letters to avoid paying penalty charges to SARS because of how long this process is taking. Then in another company they are meant to deregister it for me and said they would but NO ACTION??? THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH and they don't care - they take your money and kick you to the curb. I WANT A RESPONSE TO ALL MY EMAILS and I WANT THE PAYE NUMBERS for both companies!! When is SABR going to be deregistered? WHATS HAPPENING!!! I cannot believe this company is still operational as it seems to operate with only 2 employees!!!
