False advertising using Google Google, Gumtree and Olx to advertise student accomodation. The room with picture is just a mock up. Hidden costs not advertised. The owner does not pay your deposit back in the time frame specified. Sanitation pose health risks and Is poorly maintained. Fire detection is non existant. Security is questionable. Various inspections is currently conducted by Government agencies.
Some occupants use and sell narcotics. Noise levels and ventilation is questionable. If you don't have enough money for respected accomodation, where will you find money to move again? Construction works will give you restless days and nights. Please consider your choices with care.
