False advertising terrible accomodation experience

Ooked accommodation via Internet with delightful photos and competent rate.
when we got there the rate was different Kelophile said internet pricing was wrong.
Accommodation horrific with minute double rooms. Broken fan in room, phoned them to fix it and she said she would deal with my problems was not dealt with. Mouldy shower doors, old soap on top of door. General appearance of room was extremely untidy and un appealing.
very noisy from street and noisy corridors as walls are paper thin.
WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN, OR RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
