We found what seemed to be a normal listing on gumtree for a Holiday home on 128 Beach Road in Gordon's bay. We emailed TPNC Properties {Sometimes doing business as TPNC Project Properties or TPNC Property Projects}. We corresponded with [Email Removed]
We booked with them, they sent over a contract, more photos, the google maps location. It all seemed legit. We didn't even think to do what the previous poster said about asking for proof of ownership. We also didn't think to google search this location (aside from street view) If we did, we would see its being run by a totally different name and that owner (the real owner) knows nothing of this.
We paid our deposit and then closer to the time, we paid in full. All our emails were replied to quickly.
