We've ordered a daybed and paid R 1000 deposit, we had to choose 2 materials, in case our first choice is not available. We followed up on the order, after 5 weeks they called us back and said that we can collect it. We chose golden/beige colors, but the daybed's upholstery was charcoal/grey, the shop assistant called his warehouse, they told him that they did not have our material - so they made it charcoal without consulting us. We cancelled our order on Friday, 13 Sept, but are still waiting for our R 1000 deposit to be returned.
