Subsequent to the message that was posted on this site on the 09th of April regarding a purchase placed with HEADBOARD EMPORIUM via BIDORBUY, the owner Sean Vermaak got back to me and made arrangements for the first merchandise to be collected from my home and for the correct Daybed Couch to be delivered at my home at their own costs. That gesture is ACKNOWLEDGED and APPRECIATED.

It is important to also note that it is NOT because of the previous post that HEADBOARD EMPORIUM reverted back to me.

The service level was very good and I was kept in the loop throughout the entire value chain (from the time the new couch was in production and the associated timelines to when the couch would be delivered to my home). I wish to apologise to HEADBOARD EMPORIUM (Sean in particular) for any inconvenience caused with the previous post and the adverse listing on his company.
