No Service, No refunds

The inside of the shop was un neat and dark, the foam mattresses where stacked on top of each other. I tried not to judge a book by its cover. The staff was not very helpful and after getting the go ahead from the owner finally resulted in taking one down. Then another. It looked like a lot of effort to serve the customer and I felt quite unwelcome.

Once I chose the mattress the shop does not have card facilities so I had to go draw cash and pay.
The receipt does not even have a description of the goods on it as they use a very old cashing up machine.

When I got home I carried the mattress for the first time, it is extremely heavy.
I then tried to on it, it took my wind away it was so hard.. It was almost harder than the floor. It thought perhaps it is the plastic covering the mattress. I opened it neatly and tried again, It is then when I noticed the pink stains on the mattress. The mattress was still rock hard and the pink stains upset me. I was very unhappy with the product.

The Foam factory shop refuses to give me a softer mattress, they refuse to give a cash refund.
The owners attitude was appalling, and I am deeply hurt by the experience.
