Booked laser hair removal when staying in the hotel as a guest. Limited stay at hotel limited time. Rearranged day to include booking I required. Arrived 15 min early to complete paperwork. At the time the session was to start 10am I get told my therapist is "stuck" in traffic. Therapists should arrive before the clients to ensure rooms and equipment are ready etc!!! But no she texts in to the receptionist to say she us running late. Now 45 min after planned start time still no sign of her. For a highly recommended ska the time keeping is really poor and no one gets back to the customer to explain the delay. poor.
