I have bought a group on voucher 3 months ago and tried to make my first booking with a delay of 5 weeks. When I arrive there, nobody is there to attend me and people are staring at me from head to toe, now for my 2nd appointment, they say they will call me back with a time and hour and it never happens. I still have 3 more sessions to do and nobody to accomodate me. They say they are fully booked every day of the week and for every time slot but when I was there they still had space on the same day and besides my session is only 30 minutes long. When I did my first booking nobody informed me that I must be shaved and wear no lotion... so when they saw me, they told me to come back in 1hours time as they were not booked all through a FRIDAY afternoon!! What's the point of selling something on Groupon if you are not ready to help your clients out and make them become regulars? Isn't that the point of doing deals with these companies. I am extremly irritated, and feel ripped off.
