Experian refuses to remove an adverse listing for a prescribed debt on my profile which was placed by Markham and who then ceded the account to MBD Attorneys. The last payment to Markham was on 14 February 2008 and therefore the debt has prescribed in terms of the Prescription Act 68 of 1969.
