Im sick and tired too of wasting my money on rothmans. I have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years and to my disgust i keep finding faults with my ciggarettes which is either extremely hard to smoke or has hard sticks in them which comes out of the side. I honestly did not want to complain but the lastest incident was just the cherry on the cake. I opened my packet and found one of cigs buds not even closed. Which means i cannot smoke it but will have to throw it away. Does Rothmans throw my money away? NO, because it does not have any faults. I want to send them a picture of my cig because i want them to reimburse me for the quality they sell. Im utterly disapionted. I expect a call from 1 of their representatives within the next week or i will be taking this further. As far as possible.
