I bought a pair of ladies underware from truworths, I'm prepared to pay a little more that I could pay else where because I prefer quality and I know it cost a little more but I didn't get the quality of underware that I paid for at truworths it has small holes on them, I only noticed when I had one on. I tried returning the unused and bring it to their attention and they referred me to their policy. Which is a reap off they don't do their quality checks and they expect us just to throw our earned money to the policy that is only protecting them, I didn't suggest that they should resell the product but they must take it back to the manufacturer to improve his quality and for them to put measures in place to protect their customers. I'm a loyal account holder at truworths I have been with them for years but they are not prepared to protect me against the manufacturer's poor quality they want my money to go into waist. I buy from Thruworths because of quality not quantity, I want to be compensated for the poor quality they have decided to sell in their stores for high prices and they dump it on consumers and hide behind a policy. I use to think that they stand for quality & class.
