2 Damaged Cigarettes - FILTER inside the tobacco

This morning I had a smoke (peter Stuyvesant Boost) and I was a complete DUD - so i threw it away thinking nothing of it.
Then about 30 minutes ago I had another one which was absolutely disgusting!!! I thought of throwing it away - BUT its MONEY WASTED!!!
It seemed as if there was a melted filter inside the smoke - which I JUST SMOKE!!! The taste and everything was off.

What if I get sick from smoking this???
I spend SO much money on Peter Stuyvesant and expect to get my money's worth!!!

This is utterly disgusting!! When something happened the previous time and I called it in - I was asked for Proof of this... so this time... I kept the cigarette AND I took photos.

If nothing gets done about this... I will take it further... We spend a lot of money on them... the least they can do is make quality products, or at least an answer on our complaints.
