Takis Biltong
Rock hard, cannot eat - Wasted Money Buying

Hi there

My family and i traveled back from Pietermaritzburg to JHB, and we stopped at the Ultra City at Escort and decide to buy a packet of Takis Game Biltong - barcode number - 6004514000772

once back on the road we opened the packet we found the bilton was rock hard, i know biltong is meant to be hard but this is ridicules, we couldn't eat it, we had to throw out the packet, resulting in waiting our money buying your product, and its not a cheap product to start of with,

there is no expiry date on the packet also so not sure if this is a result of expired goods or just bad product.
