Hi there!

Ive been a Craven A Smoker for the past 15 years, I have noticed in the past couple of months that the quality of the cigarettes have been going down hill, at least one cigarette per packet is either damaged or manufactured incorrectly, hence i have to throw it away.
Just to let you guys know to have a look at your quality control, someone is sleeping on the job and its literally costing me money.
