I contacted Yolandi to do a photoshoot at my house as i saw a special she was running on groupon. she told me that she will charge me travel costs which i happily agreed to. i did tell her that i want to do it for my wedding anniversary so naturally i was going to dress up like i was on my wedding day.she first contacted me to move up the time of shoot so i said it was fine. the day of the shoot she told me about 2 hours prior to the shoot happening that she is cancelling just after i paid for my hair and make up to be done. i was so upset i emailed her and told her it is an inconvenience but she told me it was her baby who had gotten sick.so i relented and told her to give a date that she is available to do the shoot and that i do expect to be reimbursed fr the shoot she cancelled cause had it been me cancelling she would also like to be reimbursed.i have since emailed her 3 times requesting a date for my photoshoot which i had purchased the groupon voucher for and she doesnt respond.she is a poor excuse of a woman who cannot hold up her end of a service she promised me.i hope she loses a lot more business!!! she is a flaky person, who i will never advise to anyone.
