In May of this year I contacted Kate Miller Photography to arrange for her take the photos at my daughter's wedding reception in Johannesburg on 3 August. After paying the deposit, also in May, and confirming times, place etc, I phoned her 2 weeks prior to the event to confirm again and arrange a start time.
On the day she just did not show up. I phoned her, and she told me she had been in hospital for the last 2 weeks. NO phone call to advise me, said sorry she had messed up and let me down.
If she could answer her phone in "hospital" why could she not have phoned me and advised me of the situation so that I could make other arrangements.
Her behaviour was totally unprofessional and to let us down at the last moment, knowing that it was a special occasion - words fail me.
