Last month Cell C billed me R650 on my standard data contract of R99 p.m! When I called they said I was subscribed to Smart Technologies, I have never subscribed to any services as this card is solely used in my iPad! This month again I noticed R495 owing on my account! I want a FULL refund or my lawyers will be contacting you and I will be laying a formal charge against you for conning me and all the other ppl who have been ripped off by this " company" that subscribes ppl without their knowledge or permission!
