We took a 4hour drive to thaba pitsi nature reserve in bela bela with my two year old
ones we got there, the place look like an old farm nothing like there webside at all
the jacuzzi was not working swimpools was nirty
i will not even sleep on there beds for free it was really discusting and drity
i told the owner that i was not happy at all how everthing look and nothing is working ..
she gave me bad attitude and told me that we must go she will pay make my money on monday moring the 2 september! now it was after 17;00clock and we had to get a new place to stay after two hours we got a place
where we had to pay R2500 AGAIN FOR A PLACE TO STAY .i phoned her on monday moring and she told me that the money will be in my account before day end but it was not pay in yet 3SEP! when i phone her she was full of stories and told me that she do not have to pay anything back to me and pit the phone down on my hear will i was talking to her... and this was only my second time phoning her!! everthing about thaba pitsi is fals and i fill sorry for every one that have to travel sofar! please help me to get my money back and to make sure they loose there star, i wil not stay there for free
