WERMARKET beware

WERMARKET deducted money from my account without authority to debit my account.
The amount is 99.99 - small enough not to generate a notification SMS.
This amount will only be detected by account holders that monitor every entry on their bank statements.
I got their contact details from the clearing house (Stratcol) that collect these debits without a mandate from the account holder.
Wer Marketing said it will take 2 to 3 days to find out where they got my bank details from.
I threatened that I will report them to PASA or Sabric.
They were then suddenly able to tell me within 24 hours that it was a "mistake".
A new clerk made a "mistake" by submitted my bank details for another customer?!
Still would love to know where they got my bank details from.
