COURIER COST

On the 8th of August a controller and pump was handed in for service. I was told the control needs to be sent to PE. After a lot of phone calls to Pretoria and PE a new controller was sent to me with a courier. The pump service was quoted and accepted. There are courier costs that I must pay now in order to get my controller although I was never quoted or informed of this. After the extremely poor service with regards to communication and feedback I find it untactful that cost can be added to a account without the clients permission. After waiting 3 weeks for my pump and controller back I now also have costs that I was not aware of.
