I am not sure how I have to report this to ensure that you realise the gratitude and appreciation I have for this lady.
I was on board with you on the 28/12/2012 from Lanceria to Cape Town
And RUKSHANA TSHABALALA was our Cabin Controller.
Simple put she is the QUEEN of cabin staff.
She was a unique way of interacting with her passengers and colleagues
Her sense of humour made the trip what it is.
I am a business man and fly a lot, and never in my life have I had the experience that I had and this is not only my feedback but the rest of the
People who were flying that day as she was honoured with a standing ovation.
So if you guys have a rewards and recognition programme in place.
I hereby nominate her for the CABIN CONTROLLER OF THE YEAR AWARD.
