A month ago I bought a play station3, now the controller is giving me problems then I took it back to them and they told me that they will exchange it with a new 1 and they will call me when its available.few days later the guy by the name of Lovemore called me and told me that they have exchange the controller and they gave me a new one, on the 14th September 2013 I went back to CNA to fetch my controller.when I there they gave an old controller that has been used already. I told the guy that this is an old controller and he said no it just has a dust its new, I showed him the scratches on that controller to proof that this thing is old. I told him that my ps3 is only a month old and they are giving me a controller that was used by somebody else I don't even know for how many years, Lovemore told me that they did me a favour I was suppose to take it myself to the manufacture (UNBELIEVEBLE). I got so angry and I left that old controller with them. I will escalate this issure until it get resolved. I bought that ps3 from CNA I have no connection with their supplyer on manufacture.its either they give me a new controller or I take back the full package and give me my money back.
