Appauling services and attitude towards client

Replaced borehole motor on the 18/09/2012 by Earthcore. We paid all costs

Motor stopped 1month and 12days later
Elsumo agreed to do the work & pulled pump on 1/11/2012.
Motor put back by Elsumo on 12/11/2012 .
New safety switch put on old control box. Was told box would still protect system. Paid for everything except motor which Earthcore supplied

Motor stopped 1/1/2013, (1 month and 18days later)
Told there was water in junction box. Elsumo tried to make this our fault.
Boss of Elsumo eventually agreed to install a new motor only if we signed a letter absolving Elsumo of any further responsibility for work done. We refused to sign.
A new controlbox & watertight seals was all put on at our cost. Pump re-instated on 18/01/2013.

29/1/2013 Pump stopped. (1 month and 19 days later)
30/1/2013 Spoke to Elsumo who told me to reset controller
Reset and it continued to work tell 6/3/2013
11/3/2013 Elsumo told us pump was broken. We were not happy demanding they fix it. They said it was stuck in mud, but after seaking advice elsewhere, believe they over pumped hole which caused the damage
Had to pay upfront to get new motor re-instated. Shocking customer service by Elsumo
