Bad news- new geyser element and thermostat fitted in Dec-12 failed after only 8 months.
Good news- one call to Peter Heskes (Operational Manager) and before I could blink the new element and thermostat was fitted, free of charge- no fuss, no, mess, no hassle- just plain old great work and a wonderful attitude in the service provided. Thank you and keep it up. After such an experience I will always go back!
