I'd been having ongoing problems with my Whirlpool fridge/freezer which I'd bought there last year. Faeeza was so helpful in facilitating the services and following up with the service agents and eventually arranging the exchange. It was a trying situation (though no fault of Tafelberg) but she maintained a great attitude throughout.
And when we went to choose our new fridge, Claudia and all the other sales staff were very helpful and friendly.
