Geyser not working in Dec, they fixed the switch. A month later, geyser stopped working, they changed element and thermostat. Geyser stopped working two weeks thereafter. It's been a month and they keep promising their electrician Willem will come.
He doesnt pick up when I call nor does he return SMSs. Stephany keeps saying they'll send someone out. She never calls to follow up if anyone has attended to the issue.
