Impact meters passed a credit on my account, which was more than the amount owed. However, they failed to register this event and subsequently disconnected my electricity. I have been unable to get it reconnected for past 2 hours. The call center takes 10 minuted to get through and nobody takes the blame for the mistake or trying to resolve it. I am devastated as. I work from home. This is supposed to be a private company, and it is very poorly managed.
