Unexpalined Billing variance and Non Response

My billings shoot-up from /-400 to 800 and now at about 1400 a. And this is against measures that we have instigated to realise some savings, what seem to be even more astonishing is the fact that the summer consumption exceeds the winter wherein some days we used a heaters.

I therefore requested an urgent review of the meter readings for accuracy, authentication and validity, further request that the analysis report be provided for the previous 12 months including indication of price changes where applicable to formulate basis and consumption trend.

Further i noted that i get notified of areas each month without having received advance notification invoice of my account, i therefor reuest that my invoice and statements be emailed to me monthly and not just posted. While the analysis or review into my consumption is done please email a 6 months statement of account to this email address.

NO RESPOND TO DATE ON THE ABOVE MATTER AND MY SERVICE WAS CUT ONCE AGAIN WITHOUT NOTIFICATION, AS ON 22ND JANUARY 2013
