I contacted impact meter services to find out how to cancel my account, a woman told me to send and email to [Email Removed] and that i have to give a months notice. I then emailed them and told them i was moving out, LENDA MSIBI then sent me a form to fill in to cancel my service. YET to my surprise i got home and the electricity was just switched OFF!!! with no notification, i did not even fill in the form that was emailed to me yet. I have been emailing LENDA, Cancellations, even previous people i had contact with at impact. There has not been one response in 2 DAYS!!! that i have been sitting without electricity.
