Every month I am quite surprised to receive heavy electricity bill consumed by me. It is not possible for me to use so much of power, as i know for certain that our consumption electricity is not so high as to warrant a high bill. I requested Impact to look in this matter seriously. I received an email from Mr. Dean Germishuizen who explained that they can't help me because they charge according to the meter readings and according to the tariffs set by Tshwane Council. I am not happy at all
