Credit clear phoned me after i saw that my ITC can be cleared if i pay R 799 for 2 months or to speed up the process R 1598. So Lebho said to me that they can help me in clearing my name all to say that they also offer a loan to help me pay off the amount still outstanding. i told her that it was already paid in full and that i only need my name to be cleared. So she confirmed with me that i don't need a loan and only need my name cleared and i replied yes. She asked me if i want to pay the full R 1598 to speed the process up and i confirmed with her yes to be deducted on the 25th July 2013. It was given to me that it will take 5 to 10 working days till life power will contact me and then after it will take 5 to 10 weeks for my name to be cleared. I acknowledged that i only want my name cleared and don't want a loan. Now life power contact me and said they did pull a ITC report and can see that there is a Default and cant help me in clearing my name. Now credit clear is waiting for the call recording to confirm in 3 working days!! Why would i pay R 1598 if they cant help me??? This is daylight and want my money back!!!
