I ordered a memory foam bed wedge from this company on Tuesday. Received it on Thursday and it reeked of smoke! Removable cover as advertised is not removable at all. Complained to the company and they said the courier will be sent back to pick up the pillow the same day. Nothing happened. Phoned again on Friday to say that we would rather have a refund as we no longer want the goods. Ryan replied, no problem, he will have the office handle the matter. No response on Monday, phoned on Tuesday, now they are claiming it to be a sale item and no refunds on sale items. Checked the site and NOWHERE does it state that the wedge is a sale item.
