As a youngest I got into some trouble with a credit card with Standard Bank. Standard Bank then handed me over to the Credit Bureau and rightly so. However recently I was in a position to pay my debt and on the 17th of July I called to find out what I owed exactly. I on the same day paid the full amount, it then took a couple of days to get my paid up letter and find out who to contact to clear my ITC. I was given a number to call and when calling I got hold of a lady by the name of Siboyi, Noluthando, she requested that I send her my paid up letter and that it would take 7 to 14 working day to clear. I did send all information to at this email address [Email Removed] After 14 working day my name had still not been cleared, I began emailing Siboyi, Noluthando requesting feed back and after a number of emails with no response I began trying to get a response by using Facebook. After Facebook then Siboyi, Noluthando sent an email saying it had been done, I then double checked with TransUnion again, IT HAD STILL NOT BEEN DONE! IT HAS BEEN 90 DAYS now and my ITC has still not been cleared!! What bad service for doing the right thing!!!
