Morning, I am writing this on behalf of my wife. She has informed Carlton before of this matter via Carltons Facebook page and I am not sure what has happened with an solution to our problem. I wanted to treat my wife and sent her to Carlton with an voucher for like an make over and we had to pay in the difference of R1250. She was seen by Theresa, whom did an wonderful job, however when left Canal Walk centre and when we got home we had realised that Jade's hair was much darker than just dark blond, it was more brown. The same afternoon, I had called Theresa and advised her of our concerns. She had advised that the colour would lighten within 2 weeks. This however never happened. The money has never been a concern, however I do believe in the principles that when you do pay for anything, it should be worthwhile it. Can you please advise of an solution of how we can rectify our concern?
