I made an appointment at Carlton for Saturday 14 December, for the works. I showed the stylist as to what I had in mind, (picture) as I am a natural brunette I wanted a dark brown colour and with some light brown low light (foils). She did about 10 foils and the brown colour, which I requested. My hair came out of the foils blond. Currently My hair is blond (looking more like its been {henna'd}. My stylist had to consult her colleagues upon mixing my colour, so unprofessional.
I am horrified at the salon as I had to purchase a product called chocolate to correct there mistake. They had no empathy at my pure disgust at my hair at the time and they merely said I have to purchase this product.
I expected proffessionalism as this set me back R1634.00, I am horrified and I will not recommend anyone to the salon.
