Poor Service

Tuesday I phoned and spoke to Mark. Told him that I phoned a few moths ago and spoke to a lady asking to assist me with my login on the website as every time I type in my details it says my account has been deactivated. The lady said she will phone me back within 2 days and send me an e-mail, never happened and didn't expect such poor service so I forgot about it as I was just browsing. Mark said he will phone me back the next day and send me an e-mail. Also didn't happen. I phoned the next day spoke to a different guy and requested to speak to Mark, he was busy. I explained to the guy what's not happening, if he could assist me, I am frustrated, complained that Mark shouldn't tell me he will phone and the he doesn't even if it is to say that they are still busy sorting it out. You don't tell a client something and then you don't do it. I am sure I will be waiting for months again for this to be resolved so I have decided to complain. The only place it might make a difference is on hellopeter at least head office receives the info and the public can see how pathetic it is, witch I am sure other members already know. I am expecting service and to be treated like your only client.
