As I am currently planning a wedding and the 2 month count down has begun, the last thing I need is bad service! I started looking for wedding decor hire companies in January 2013 and I found the above company in several wedding mags. I met with the owner and we spent over an hour discussing possible wedding decor options. She promptly sent me a quote for the items we discussed, I found it quite pricey! My mother in law is helping me with the decor so I told Jessica (the owner) I would get back to her once I discussed the items with my mother in law. After about 2 weeks I tried making another appointment with my mother in law present (she flew down from JHB for 1 weekend for this reason). She never responded. I have yet to hear a word and 2 months have passed. I am extremely disappointed, I had to run around at the last minute making other appointments with other decor companies so I could plan it with my mother in law. I just hope all prospective brides write Speciality Functions off their list of decor hire services. Besides being above market price, she is very rude!
