My 18 year old son was recommended to have his hair straightened (chemically) by Stacey at Carlton Hair at La Lucia. The first treatment he had done was on 16 Feb which didn't turn out to be fruitful as his hair wasn't very straight. He then went into the salon again on 21 Feb to ask why it didn't work and lo and behold she did another treatment within 5 days! This of course resulted in scalp burning straight afterwards, with huge burn marks in his neck as well as slight burns on his face! Needless to say it has left his hair looking like straw.
What a disgrace for a so-called reputable hair salon! Clearly they do not have trained qualified staff who understand that this treatment would scald skin!!
