I usually receive such excellent service at Computer Mania. They educate me and always direct me in the correct direction, with regard to what products I should use etc.
However, I just went into the store now looking for a docking station for my tab. Only to have this tall guy shouting at me that NO computer mania does not supply it for my brand. I was so shocked because this is not the kind of service I have become accustomed to from the general Computer Mania staff.
Very unhappy.
