Good day .re the service I received over the past few weeks.i must say I was shocked to the see the attitude towards me from senior manages! I can remember a lady by the name of xinilia van wyck. I must say I really wasn't impressed at all .im not too sure if its because she is a manager she might think that she can treat clients the way she wants .the service provider messed up and in the end it was like we were to blame for it .2 managers I spoke to and really wasn't impressed with the service. I must give credit to a lady by the name of Dora who called me when I requested a cancelation .now this is the type of people that clients wanna deal with .this lady is very very professional in the way she speaks to a client, the way she handled this complaint, she did a follow up call and I must I was impressed.i would suggest that managers get the training needed when dealing with clients, surely the managers I spoke to can learn a lot from this lady Dora. I also would like you to send this to her supervisor so that he or she can see that Dora went more than the extra mile for me .as for the other two .you give outsurance a bad name ans will lose future clients if ur attitude does not c
