The managers of Groom world Rooihuiskraal as well as Clubview has a very bad attitude towards clients. Not only do they scream on their clients but they also don't listen. After I made an appointment for my dog at Rooihuiskraal, I went to Groom world on which they told me they are going to put my dog in a cage because they don't have time for her right away even after I told them I want to wait and take my dog home afterwards and don't want her put in a cage. It was the fifth time I took my dog and they never had a problem before. other people also at the parlour and was also treated badly. very poor service and an extremely bad attituted. the talk very rudely towards their clients. Clubview and Rooihuiskraal branch both told me to take my dog elsewhere. We weren't even at the Clubview branch but after the incident the manager there phoned me and accused me and talked very rudely. they also spoke to my daughter and accused her of a lot of thing even though she wasn't even aware of everything. the spoke to her as if she is rubbish. The managers of both branches are the problem and we don't even want to speak to them anymore we want it sorted out with the owner. their attitude stinks
