Just to clarify I am not a person who complains, and this is my first on this site. Booked at this spa for waxing appointment, the spa itself is attractive till you meet there unprofessional staff who are not qualified at waxing. One of the treatments i booked was underarm waxing. This is the SECOND TIME this has happened to me at the same spa (the first time was my arm) The lady applied the wax and could not remove it so she kept pulling and pulling trying to get the wax off and in the process bruised me. I finally had to scream and tell her to please stop and to get a product to remove the wax. She did not want to listen till i begged her to stop! I was in soo much pain, my underarm was swollen and bruised when i came home. I complained to the lady infront who did apologize but still insisted i pay the full amount!!! Never ever going back, stay far away from this place. They will bruise you and Rob you.
