I went to fetch my parcels that I bring in from over seas, I stood a hour and a half in the que and once I got to the front I gave him the 3 slips to collect the parcels, when it came to pay I gave him my card to pay then he said sorry he can't do it with a card I must pay cash cause use my card wastes his time then he has to put it through one at a time and when I told him its your job he pulled his face and said and your point is, he then went on screaming at me in front of other customers and saying I must not tell him how to do his work, i asked him what is he name and head office number he said it got nothing to do with me. I then spoke to the manager on duty Anton and turned around and said sorry there is nothing he can, I also asked the manager what is the guys name and he said ask him yourself and I said he doesn't want give me his name and said well that your problem .this is really unexceptable and I'm going to take it to the newspapers.
